Steps:
- 30 ml jojoba + 10 ml argan in bottle.
- Add 2–3 drops black pepper (0.3–0.5%) + 2 drops rosemary.
- Massage 10 min pre-wash, 2×/week.

Steps:
- Melt 20 g shea + 10 g sweet almond; cool.
- Add 2 drops black pepper + 2 drops lavender; pour into 30 ml tin.
- Use sparingly on tense areas.

Steps:
- 200 g fine salt + 120 ml grapeseed.
