Recipe # 1

Comfort Scalp Pre-Wash Oil (Hair care)

Steps:

  • 25 ml jojoba + 15 ml arnica-infused oil.
  • Massage gently on scalp 5–10 min pre-shampoo. Do not use on broken/irritated skin.

Recipe # 2

Targeted Soothing Oil (Skin care)

Steps:

  • Use arnica-infused oil sparingly on bruised, intact skin only.
  • Apply a thin layer 2–3×/day; avoid face and broken skin.

Post-Workout Massage Oil (Body care)

Steps:

  • 80 ml sweet almond + 20 ml arnica-infused oil.
  • Massage on sore areas; external use only.
