Comfort Scalp Pre-Wash Oil (Hair care)
Steps:
- 25 ml jojoba + 15 ml arnica-infused oil.
- Massage gently on scalp 5–10 min pre-shampoo. Do not use on broken/irritated skin.

Steps:
- Use arnica-infused oil sparingly on bruised, intact skin only.
- Apply a thin layer 2–3×/day; avoid face and broken skin.

- 80 ml sweet almond + 20 ml arnica-infused oil.
- Massage on sore areas; external use only.
