Soothing Scalp Milk (Hair care)
Steps:
- 40 ml aloe juice + 10 ml oat extract/glycerin water.
- Add 3–4 drops chamomile (0.4–0.5%).
- Mist onto itchy scalp; leave in.

Redness-Relief Face Oil (Skin care)
Steps:
- 25 ml jojoba + 5 ml rosehip.
- Add 2–3 drops chamomile (0.3–0.5%).
- Press 2–3 drops PM.
Recipe # 3
Calm & Comfort Bath Oil (Body care)
Steps:
- 45 ml sweet almond + 5 ml solubilizer.
- Add 15–20 drops chamomile (~1%).
- Swirl 1–2 tsp into warm bath.
