Steps:
- 20 ml coconut + 10 ml olive oil.
- Add 1 drop cinnamon leaf (~0.1%) + 3 drops rosemary.
- Massage scalp/lengths 10 min; shampoo twice.

Steps:
- Melt 20 g shea + 10 g cocoa butter + 10 ml jojoba.
- Add 1–2 drops cinnamon leaf total (≤0.1%).
- Use on soles only.
